Perfect purchase experience.
James was punctual and arrived at the allocated time. He gave us lots of helpful advice about the car we were purchasing, they offered us a test drive and answered any questions we had. They also arranged for our license plates to be changed to our personalised ones and it was all done before we went on our holiday. The whole experience went smoothly. Excellent and well done.

James sourced a dog guard and boot liner although charged for fitting saved me the hassle and was ready to go once I picked it up. Everything ran smoothly and Wendy was there to greet me at my appointment time, to collect the vehicle. I did not view the vehicle beforehand just paid a deposit. Everything that was stated was accurate and it was pleasure to deal with this company. I would definitely return without hesitation. Although a family business it runs highly professionally. There was no movement for price negotiation, however, I can see why! The car was immaculate and competitively priced. Well worth the drive to collect it. I absolutely love the car. UKI offered the exact car that I was looking for. The problem was that I live a long way away, and I was on holiday in Italy at the time. I was prepared to buy the car unseen, but I needed an honest appraisal of the car and to get the car delivered. I buy cars frequently, and I had done my homework. James at UKI was frank and transparent, and when he didn't know the answer, went off to find out. That's exactly what I needed. The car was fantastic, delivered on time, and clearly well detailed.

Upon looking for a car I found the one at UKI Sudbury. They were very informative about the vehicle and made me feel confident about the seller. I did find a few things wring upon inspection, however they said they were willing to correct these before the sale. I also had my own issues with finance, and as such James got immediately on it and I managed to eventually source finance to buy the car. Post purchase, a few problems occurred with the car after and they made sure that if the car was not corrected by the warranty that they would make sure it was all done.

After visiting a Mini main dealer, and receiving extremely poor customer service, it was incredibly refreshing to speak with UKI Sudbury when we were looking to buy a Mini Electric. James and the team were honest, straightforward and super helpful in these challenging times. We organised a test drive of the mini locally, and then agreed a deal with UKI Sudbury, who then delivered the car over 300 miles on a flatbed trailer. The car arrived in perfect condition and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough!

Bought a little red mini roadster in July. Travelled from away to view and collect. Made contact via email. Prompt reply. Bought a lovely little car without any pressure for a good price. Lots of high spec interesting minis available , really pleasant purchasing experience. Well worth the 3 hour drive to collect. I was dubious about buying so far from home but based on this experience I recommend giving it a go.

We travelled 340 miles to get our amazing mini a brilliant experience with this long established family business specialising in performance mini , Boy did we get a beauty it was along ride back to Cornwall but made easier with our beautiful new four wheeled friend .
